Itinerary

Day 1:

We meet the group in the early morning and start the trip with a 7 mile run through Rome's City Center. Then we travel to Isola del Giglio, a picturesque Mediterranean island in Tuscany. Jump in the clear blue waters for an easy swim followed by dinner on the beach.

Day 2:

Morning trail run or hike and swim back to the villa.

We then take a short drive and a second swim at Cannelle Beach.

In the afternoon we travel through Tuscany to the Rieti Valley. Also known as the Scared Valley. This area is known for its picturesque landscapes and medieval villages. Our camp home base is here, in a renovated 18-century villa complete with an outdoor 25 meter pool. Unpack and build your bike with the help of mechanic support or pick up your rental bike.

Dinner will be held at the incredible Labro Castle
