Join us for a transformative Women's Wellness Adventure Weekend in the breathtaking landscapes of Sedona, AZ. With renowned mindset and wellness coaches Jess Gumkowski and Jennifer Vollmann leading the way, this exclusive retreat ensures personalized attention and a deeply enriching experience.

We will spend four days and three nights surrounded by Sedona's red-rock beauty, learning about the power of Ayurveda (the science of life), hiking/ trail running, practicing yoga, meditating, and eating amazing high-vibe food. 

 

Jess and Jennifer have been working together for a long time and believe that joy and adventures are essential to healing and connecting deeper with ourselves and others. So we plan on having a lot of fun and adventures! 

 

This retreat is for all women. All athletic abilities and understanding of yoga and meditation are welcome. 

We will be staying at two luxurious homes nestled into the red rocks. Enjoy communal dinners of freshly cooked, amazing, nutrient-dense, and delicious food. Teas, coffee, snacks, and breakfast will be provided each day.

Meet the Your Hosts

Jess Gumkowski

Jess is a well-respected mindset coach within the endurance and ultra-endurance sports community. She's worked with athletes on mind-body health since 2004, first as a sports and orthopedic massage therapist and now as a yoga instructor and mindset coach.
 

She is a long-time athlete, yoga instructor, retreat leader, and podcast host who realized many years ago that triathlon and yoga brought her to the same place from very different directions.
 

Jess is the author of Awake Athlete: When Mastery Is Your Only Option YogiTriathlete Cookbook: High Vibe Recipes for the Athlete Appetite and High Vibe Pie: Pizza Night Finally Done Right.

For her experience in holistic health, mind, body, and spirit, she's been featured in Triathlete Magazine, SD Voyager, Men's Journal, Elephant Journal, Massage Magazine, TriZone, blogs, and podcasts.

Jennifer Vollmann

Jennifer is an endurance and mindset coach, competitive athlete, and mom. After losing her identity after giving birth to her daughter she discovered triathlon. With zero athletic background, she dove into the world of endurance sports and unlocked a part of herself that had been dormant for years. She uncovered not just a passion for endurance sports, but a connection to nature and spirituality that she now infuses in her daily life and coaching.

 

Jennifer was trained at the Life Coach School in mindset coaching, hosts the Finding Your Endurance Mindset podcast, competed in three Ironman World Championships and the  Extreme Triathlon World Championships, and won the Starvation Extreme Triathlon.

The retreat begins the evening of November 8th with a welcome dinner and ends the mid-morning of the 11th.
