I started as a scared and BRAND new athlete 7 years ago. I was a mom who lost herself in motherhood and found herself again through triathlon.
​
It wasn't until my personal life blew up 4 years ago that I began searching for a way to shift my mindset and make big changes in my life.
​
I started applying those same tools to my racing. My racing took off and so did my goals.
Since then I have raced in three Ironman World Championships and the Xtri World Championships at Norseman (earned a black shirt) and won the Starvation Extreme Triathlon. Along the way, I built my self-confidence, drastically overhauled my life, built new relationships, and created a life that fills my soul and I absolutely love!

I have a life I never dreamed was possible. I can create it because of what I learned in my quest to strengthen my mental, emotional, and physical capacity while in pursuit of my endurance sports goals.

Anyone can download a training program to get fitter. But if you want more out of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, it takes more than swim, bike, and running or a self-help podcast.
