I create customized training for your sport and goals! Coaching includes programing, race plans, nutrition support and more! I am passionate about helping people discover their love of endurance sports and take on new challenges and adventures. I help athletes increase their general fitness, run their first 5k all the way to Double Ironmans, Extreme Triathlons and world qualifications.
Sport + Mindset
Finding endurance is not just about the finish line or the next PR, it is a journey to build mental fitness, confidence, and resilience. My Sport + Mindset program adds one monthly mindset coaching with additional tools and resources. Use it to develop your racing mindset, build confidence, process failure or any way you want!
